NFLTR Insider: Trade Block, Za'Darius, Mike Williams, Young, Sutton & More
Trade Block
NFLTR posted an updated trade block on Wednesday with a comprehensive look at players to watch on all 32 teams leading up to this year’s trade deadline.
Za'Darius Smith
The Browns reportedly have a strong market for OLB Za'Darius Smith and are seeking a "really good Day 3 pick" in a trade.
Barring that, the Browns are saying they're fine keeping Smith through the deadline, as he remains under contract beyond 2024.
Mike Williams
The Jets are reportedly still weighing the possibility of keeping WR Mike Williams.
However, if the Jets lose to the Texans, it's more likely Williams is traded.
Bryce Young
Panthers HC Dave Canales told reporters QB Bryce Young will start for the second straight week, getting the nod for Carolina in Week 9 against the Saints.
Young got the start last week against the Broncos, and while Carolina lost again, 28-14, there was some improvement from Young from his first two starts to open the year.
