Browns second-round RB Quinshon Judkins will not face any formal charges, as prosecutors have declined to move forward with the case. (NFLTR)
Judkins is the only draft pick from the 2025 class who has yet to sign their rookie contract.
Rashee Rice

Chiefs WR Rashee Rice is expected to have his disciplinary hearing with the NFL on September 30th. (NFLTR)
This means Rice will likely be able to play in the first four weeks of the 2025 season before any possible suspensions are given for his role in a multi-car crash last offseason.
